What is published

From £15,000

Alto Accounting states £15,000 to £40,000 for a financial-only vendor due diligence report on an agency above £2 million of enterprise value.

What drives the fee

Size and complexity

The number of entities, the quality of the accounts and how long the review runs. A target with clean monthly management accounts costs less to test than one with year-end accounts only.
